    • Lawyers for the accused persons were asked by the court to make a formal application for bail after prosecution prayed that, the accused persons be remanded into lawful custody.

    Eight of the remaining 26 persons who have been charged in the Western Togoland Restoration Front case have pleaded not guilty to eleven charges leveled against them.
